It’s just a weird approach to content creation. As someone who was trained to write books, creating a video that is by definition short and ephemeral doesn’t make sense to me. But I’m always up for trying something new.

Fiesta Parade has closed down Eastern Ave and of course @BmoreCityDOT and @mtamaryland didn’t post service changes or notify bus drivers for the routes that cross Eastern Ave, stranding passengers or forcing them to chase down busses.
