In a strategic effort to bridge the gap between law and innovation, KATDICT, in collaboration with the Katsina State Directorate of Policies, Projects and Programmes (DOPPP) and the Law Students’ Association of Nigeria (LAWSAN), hosted a two-day Artificial Intelligence Utilization Training for members of the DOPPP Executive Council. The programme empowered student leaders with practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, equipping them to enhance legal research, academic performance, leadership, communication, and administrative effectiveness. Beyond learning new tools, participants gained insights into how emerging technologies are transforming the legal landscape and creating new opportunities for impact. As the world enters a new era of intelligent systems, KATDICT remains committed to developing future-ready talent and ensuring that Katsina’s young legal minds are not merely witnesses to change, but active architects of the future of legal practice.

KATDICT Delivers the Engine Room of Digital Governance : A Fully Digital Council Chamber. From paper files and disconnected systems to a fully digital engine room for government. KATDICT has delivered and handed over a fully digital Council Chamber, built for faster decisions, seamless collaboration, and a connected government. Paperless workflows. Remote conferencing. Synchronous smart audio systems. One integrated digital environment. Each Chief Executive is also equipped with a state-of-the-art computer system, fully configured with official government email and e-Government tools to streamline communication, coordination, and decision-making across government. Because the future of governance is not analog. And government should not operate in silos. This is another step toward building a One Digital Government Enterprise for Katsina State.

We are working closely with the MOJ and the office of the CJ, we have developed a case management system that’s gearing towards that… it’s linking all courts to the Police and the prisons.

Digital transformation is reshaping the way justice is delivered in Katsina State!
