KATDICT Delivers the Engine Room of Digital Governance : A Fully Digital Council Chamber. From paper files and disconnected systems to a fully digital engine room for government. KATDICT has delivered and handed over a fully digital Council Chamber, built for faster decisions, seamless collaboration, and a connected government. Paperless workflows. Remote conferencing. Synchronous smart audio systems. One integrated digital environment. Each Chief Executive is also equipped with a state-of-the-art computer system, fully configured with official government email and e-Government tools to streamline communication, coordination, and decision-making across government. Because the future of governance is not analog. And government should not operate in silos. This is another step toward building a One Digital Government Enterprise for Katsina State.

We are working closely with the MOJ and the office of the CJ, we have developed a case management system that’s gearing towards that… it’s linking all courts to the Police and the prisons.

Digital transformation is reshaping the way justice is delivered in Katsina State! In this testimonial, the Solicitor General and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice-Muhammad Rafa'i reflects on how the support provided by KATDICT including computers, trainings, and the Digital Case Management System has improved workflow, strengthened record keeping, and accelerated case processing across the ministry.
