Proudly, we now hold a GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) equivalent certification. Looking forward to the future as we continue to work with growers to process and clean their cereal grains, oilseeds and pulses for the pet food and human consumption markets.

One of the mills we clean and process locally grown grains and oil seeds for is LaMilanaise Mill. Tonight, we are trying out their pizza flour!

The first few shipments have been completed using our colour sorter and new bagging line. On our first batch, the extraction rate increased 18.7% and our bagging efficiency increased by 275%. Progress is hard but rewarding work! @CanSeed @OneStepAutomate @jason_macnevin

This was a week of training and growth at KBI. Still some finishing touches to be completed but our colour sorter and tote bagging system are operational! Very proud of what our team has accomplished and excited about the future.

As a part of our current expansion, we added in an automation system into our mechanical processing plant. This week we started the commissioning process with @OneStepAutomate and we couldn't be happier with the customized system that they have designed for us.
