One of $REGGIE's primary goals is to help grow the $HEX Community Staker (HCS) by paying a 0.5% organizer fee into the HCS every 130 day perpetual stake cycle. The HCS address which receives the organizer fee is also a perpetual $HEX stake but with a major twist.
