When you are awake since 2:30 AM due to Thunderstorms you need to rely on #DISCIPLINE to get to the weight room at 6:00 am. If you just count on #MOTIVATION it may not be there with 4 hours of sleep?? Motivation is how you feel in the moment, discipline is who you are!
