You are a #teacher with a great idea for your class, but it might be a bit out of the ordinary for you or for your school's regular way of being. What do you do? What do you believe about teacher risk-taking in the classroom? #instruction #teacherleader #principal #education

I don't know who came up with this idea of teaching two cohorts of kids (some in person, socially distanced, some online) simultaneously but it's wrong. It's two jobs. It's not good for kids, and it's not good for teachers.

I have been a teacher for over two decades. I have never felt this uncertain, stressed, and tired. I am teaching in-person and online - 12 hour days, routinely in classes I have taught for years. I wake up every day and think about quitting. - an anonymous teacher
