This article is based from the work of KESS PhD student Miriam Jackson and recent PhD graduate Simon Thomas. Well done both. We are also grateful the National Crystallography Service for the 8 crystal structures. @SimonDThomas1@KESS_USW@UK_NCS#boron#scorpionates
This was indeed an insightful event, with a wonderful panel of speakers. Thought-provoking and entertaining interactive talk by @reid_indeed. Great to see some @KESS_USW students and alumni in attendance.
Loved facilitating the panel on ‘Imposter syndrome’ @USWResearch this morning. Your talk was incredible @reid_indeed ….. the express version but would happily listened all afternoon… great feedback and a pleasure to host you…
Egan Goodison won the (British Psychological Society) BPS President’s prize for his poster about his Walking Football research on 10th June at the BPS Wales conference. Dr Nicky Hayes (BPS president) was impressed by the clarity of his poster.
Egan also gave an oral presentation of his work at the University's annual PGR showcase, this week. His work was well received by colleagues. Egan's research has identified several important avenues for further research in the realm of Walking Football. Well done, Egan!
