Great day in Hereford yesterday @WestMidsRowing championships. Well done to Joel & Shane for a superb bronze medal in J16 2x. Then joined by Alex, Angel & Ben for 4th place in J16 4 . Archie came a respectable 7th in a tough field of J18 1x

It was cold, it was wet and then it hailed on @KES_Rowing Wednesday downstream session but then thunder (as confirmed @KES_Geography!): where there's thunder, there's lightening so everyone off the water! Safety first, every time!

On Saturday Alex, Shane, Sam and Angel competed in their first ever race at Worcester Head. Guided by experienced cox Poppy, they had a great row, finishing 5th. Well done boys!
