Whatever you're selling, however you're selling it, one of the first questions you need to ask yourself every single day:
"How does our buying experience compare with Amazon?"
The customer question isn't about whether your fleece jacket is made of recycled plastic bottles.
The question is: why should they buy another fleece, and if so, why should they buy it from you?
If you want to create marketing that's remembered and acted upon, your only option is to be bold, audacious, and fearless.
Because, thanks to AI, average is going to come for free.

Hot coffee or hot tea = awesome.
Iced coffee or ice tea = awesome.
Tepid coffee or tea = revolting.
It's the same with #marketing.
Be bold or go home.
'Lukewarm' won't move the needle.
Data isn't truth. Data is evidence.
Data needs to be turned into relevant and tangible information, so that insights can be drawn and action can be taken.
Simply having the data isn’t the point.
Using it properly is the point.

What drives demand isn't a bunch of sales funnels or retargeting campaigns.
It's a group of customers who actively want what you're selling.
The best products are the ones people already want to buy, without needing a ton of convincing.

Great and effective marketing can sell a product one time, but it takes a great product to sell again and again (aka "fool me once.." etc.)
Over the long term, performance reverts to the value provided.

The famous Ellen DeGeneres selfie from the 2014 Oscars is currently missing from her tweet.
