As self-isolation increases, we need to find other ways to stay connected and check in on one another.
Stay in touch using technology. Either by phone, text, social media or email.
By maintaining social distancing, we will all help slow the spread.

We’re still learning about #Coronavirus. We know that many people will suffer only mild symptoms, however early indications are that the elderly & people with pre-existing medical conditions are more at risk of experiencing severe symptoms.
