Booked Norwegian flight with Opodo for April. Cancelled by them. No refund no information given. One hour wait on phone to speak to rude customer services. Then got know reasonable response. Need letter to get insurers to pay. What to do? #refundpassengers
@opodo it has been truly impossible to get in touch with you. It seems to be a complete mickey mouse operation that you are running. Promises of responding to queries, processing our refunds with no action! Have waited more than 5 weeks for you to action my request!
Credit card charge back is for only under £100...also must be direct with service. We use Opodo so through a 3rd party.. would have been easier if booked direct with Norwegian. At least their customer Service agents are polite

Yes, I *would* do this, if you were specifying which flights were being canceled and which airlines involved were offering vouchers, money back, or both. The system you have put in place offers no detail. I’m pretty sure I am within my rights to request a refund, via Opodo.
