Also the @boystracknfield Girls team ran 3:58 at regionals and took 5th. Only 3 4x4s ran in the adjoining regional!!! Why not bring them as the 8th team for sectionals! This is a team that SHOULD BE running in LaCrosse with a legit chance to podium!!!

I know the @wiaawistate has extra qualifiers who don't finish top 3 at sectionals, but that is minimal at best. It's time the @wiaawi puts qualifying standards in place. The 3 4x400 girls teams GOING to state from Homestead would have been 7, 8,9 at Hale and boys 5, 8,9 #track

Very proud to say I’ve become a national champion powerlifter in the 74kg weight class! 🏆
Hit numbers of 225kg on squat (hit 237.5 but got called for depth) 150kg on bench and 257.5kg on deadlift. With a final total of 632.5kg!

Got a new PR of 20-01.25! (6.13meters) in long jump at the muk relays meet! This puts me at 12th in the KM records and 6th in the state for sophomores
