🚨India is now moving seriously into chip manufacturing. PM Modi said work is going on for 12 semiconductor plants in India, and production has already started in 2 plants. This is important because chips are used everywhere - phones, cars, EVs, defence, railways, AI, data centres and almost every modern machine. For years, India depended heavily on other countries for semiconductors. Designed in India. Made in India. Used by the world. If India succeeds in this sector, it can become one of the biggest tech manufacturing hubs in the coming years. This is not just about chips. This is about jobs, exports, national security and India’s place in the global technology supply chain.
