@amazonIN, it is very frustrating to note the unprofessional approach of Amazon in not refunding the amount for a set of 6 glasses purchased from them which was delivered as damaged.

Despite repeated request even after writing to the MD, Amazon India, no response. They don't bother for the customers.

Besides, their customer care executive namely, shreyansh Rao, is highly unprofessional, when raised the issue with him, he acted like a robot

M Dr Pankaj KP Shreyaskar and am a civil servant with Govt of India at the level of Joint Secretary.Had ordered a hat 404-0861217-3597153 to be received by 28th SEP. Not received even now. Raised the issue with all levels of Amazon but to no avail. Need your intervention

Amazon couldn't keep its promise for delivering a hat to me even on this date, purchased on 20th August, 22. I escalated the issue to all levels in Amazon but to no avail. Their conduct is a classical example of breach of trust.
