Randy Arozarena's MRI showed mild inflammation -- more than expected. With Luke Raley dealing with back issues and Josh Naylor out with a wrist injury, the Mariners are placing Arozarena on the injured list. They are selecting outfielder Curtis Washington from High-A Everett -- since they are in town.

We interviewed Carter Nilson 13 years ago while he was being coached by dad Mike. 5 year old Carter knew all along his dream in basketball.
