A week of learning, connecting, and bringing back new ideas ✈️🎲 Last week, Maya, Chris, and Sam attended the 2026 NACDA Convention in Las Vegas, joining professionals from across collegiate athletics. From educational sessions to conversations with the N4A community, we left inspired and challenged to think about new ways to support and develop student-athletes. Excited to bring fresh ideas and renewed energy back to KU as we continue creating impactful experiences for our student-athletes. ❤️💙 #KULeads #NACDA

Sam was selected to participate in the NCAA Effective Facilitation Workshop at NCAA Headquarters in Indianapolis. The experience focused on building skills in facilitation, group engagement, and learner centered leadership through hands on practice and coaching. Participants also joined a network of facilitators committed to developing student-athletes and future leaders. Sam is excited to bring these new tools and perspectives back to Kansas Athletics and the KU Leads program to continue creating meaningful learning and leadership experiences for student-athletes. ✏️🙌🏽 #Leadership #KULeads
