Expecting "$50 million over 2 years" from Kentucky's proposed vaping tax is absurd.
In 2016 Minnesota raised $5.7 million from vapor products (with one of the highest vaping tax rates in the US).
North Carolina collected $4.5M in taxes on vapor products.
