Why is #neurodiversity not viewed in a similar vein to diversity as a beneficial factor in organizations? Diversity research suffers from a narrow scope that is problematic.

Valitettavasti tämä ratkaisu on aikalailla susi. Palkat nousevat, mutta eivät tarpeeksi. Inflaatio on tänä vuonna n. 8% ellei enemmän. Palkan pitäisi olla ~3400 euroa vuonna 27, jotta inflaatio ei söisi korotusten ostovoimaa. Nyt se näyttää olevan 3117e.

Hieman kun käyttää järkeä, niin huomaa, että nyt hoitajilla on 3 vuotta lisää kestettävää samassa tilanteessa, joka vain jatkaa oahenemistaan. Eli, muistakaa kiittää ammattiliittojenne johtajia hienosta työstä! 👍
