This thing influencers do for 'DM 'outfit ' for outfit details wholly annoys me. What in the engagement farm?

I can eat breakfast at anytime, it just depends on the day I am having. However on most days, my day looks like:
6:00: hot water
8:00: a broth/a dawa very tiny snack
10:30/11:00 : breakfast, which always includes tea. And my breakfast always includes veggies and protein too

It is a great habit for everyone to get into! Remember, it's never too late to start caring about movement. It's a little investment for your future self🩷. Find what works for you and give it your full focus!

I’ve not painted my nails or “fixed my nails” in over 10 years. That’s because I cook a lot and my hand is always “inside water”. My nails grow fast so in 3 days it looks like I need to go to the salon again. Nobody has time for that. Plus I like my nails 😁

Ladies, if your fingernails are completely bare (no polish, acrylics, etc.) give this a “like”. My daughter is convinced that “everyone” has fake nails or a manicure and I’m the odd man out. She’s 12. 😄

The real question is: when did feeding your own children become a gender debate instead of basic parenting? If the kids are hungry and you’re already home, get off social media, enter the kitchen, and act like a parent.

Omena is a really good source of cheap calcium. It's very good for your bones, better than even milk. And the matumbo that gets a lot of flack here is also very nutritious and it's one of the few foods that has trace elements like SELENIUM

The flavors were as pictured. All six were phenomenal ✨️. I feel, from the six I have tasted so far, the Lemon Blueberry is my current favourite, followed very very closely by the chocolate orange. I think its that mild tartness of the curds that I enjoy
