Studying your own failures can make them seem less earth-shattering. One researcher suggested in a 2010 article in Nature that people maintain a “CV of failures,” a written list of the things that haven’t worked out in life. This might sound like rumination, but a CV of failures is very different because it is written. Rolling things around in your head keeps them in the murky realm of emotions, which are hard to manage. Putting them on the page may force you to employ more cognitive processing, which gives you a clearer, more logical perspective on the events—and can even help you see their positive side.

Stuck on a tough decision? Here’s why and how to fix it: You’re too close to the problem. The solution? Don’t think like a scuba diver. Think like an oceanographer.

The biggest risk to young people's mental health is not screentime. It’s addictive behavior. 4-year study: The warning sign of serious issues isn’t hours on devices, but whether kids struggle to control their usage. We should worry less about time than distress and compulsion.

Strong finish by a strong team of hard-workers who put every ounce they could into golf. Loved watching this group develop through the grind and that my son had the privilege to be part of it. Gonna miss the kids, coaches, and parents/families that built a winning culture!
When you work your tail off at something it makes it hard to quit. Our boys fell in a big hole today trailing by 17 strokes at one point. We shot 4 as a team on the back 9 and took a lead late in the tournament. Wamego made a few sensational shots to hold us off.

They're gonna miss getting coached by one of the best, @CarvelR. Doesn't matter the sport, Coach challenges, motivates, and supports kids at a high level. My son has learned much from Coach, most of which extends well past the 18th hole. @hayden_boysgolf
Gonna miss these 4 seniors. They have come a long way these past three years and have worked incredibly hard. The fight they showed Wednesday was so impressive. Big things are ahead for these young men!
