Wonder if @MartinSLewis knows what to do here? An artist we work with hired a car this weekend from #Greenmotion. On pickup they demanded a deposit so large they had to use a different credit card than the one booked on. For this privilege, they charged them an additional £160

Surprise surprise, when returning the car - in the exact condition it was in, they said there was a scuff on the font (untrue apparently - artist has video, Greenmotion do not) and they've taken £450 off their card. Who would you contact here? Trading Standards? Police?

Really disappointing that some friends requested the 16-1 favourite for Xmas number 1 A Cold December by @iamchrissimmons today and @BBCRadio2 wouldn’t play it because it ‘wasn’t in the system’. Despite being out on every store and streaming service on Earth. It’s a closed shop.
