Interesting to hear @SKinnock's dental deserts focus - an insight raised by ADG. There are workforce issues across UK, but particulary in certain areas. Recruitment, dental schools & ORE access are key to recovery. SK said dentistry is a “team sport”. ADG ready to play our part!

A pay cut for dental practices is a disaster. Dentistry is in crisis with a gap in the workforce. Not time to hit dentistry hard with just a 4.64% 'uplift'. Not an actual raise. DDRB asked for 6% uplift. ADG says practice cost increases actually far higher @wesstreeting @SKinnock
