I’m pleased to see the substantive progress we’ve made in closing our gender pay gap over the last 8 years and the improvements in our ethnicity pay gap too. We’ll continue to focus our efforts to drive further improvement, something the Board remains passionate about.

(1/4) We welcome the Minister’s comments to the @CommonsWorkPen that @DWPgovuk will look at the indexation rules applied to PPF and FAS payments and, when parliamentary time allows, address the legislation which restricts our ability to further reduce the PPF levy in future.
