I’m pleased to see the substantive progress we’ve made in closing our gender pay gap over the last 8 years and the improvements in our ethnicity pay gap too. We’ll continue to focus our efforts to drive further improvement, something the Board remains passionate about.

Our core mission is to protect members, & their interests must remain paramount as we explore with govt & stakeholders ways to create greater choice of endgame solutions. Our maturity and capabilities mean we are well placed to support govt with this new, separate fund if asked.

The Board remains passionate about findings ways to ensure that we deliver on the commitments in our Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, working with industry to be part of the solution and continuing to aim high and set targets that challenge us.
Our Diversity Pay Gap report includes our gender pay gap as well as our voluntary reporting on our ethnicity pay gap and disability and long-term health condition pay gap. We report on all of these as part of our commitment to being an inclusive employer. bit.ly/3TukW32
