A1 I had the opportunity to do a strength finder test when I was a coach. That was great for talking with teachers and find commonalities and differences among teams. #dataconversations #gradecamchat

A1 When I was in my art class I would hand tally assign results to find out what were commonly missed questions. I admit I did it more for me and really wish I could go back in time to do more #dataconversations with my students. #gradecamchat
