This was such a great day! So cool to see these homes be installed in person. Cleveland, you’re going to start hearing a lot more about modular homes as a way to develop more affordable homeownership opportunities faster. Thanks @CLEHabitat for leading the way! 🏡 🏡🏡🏡🏡

What an eventful day! Yesterday, we installed five modular homes on 11830 Matherson Avenue. Each home is 3-bed, 2-bath, 1,350 sq. ft. This installation is the first significant project to build new homes in Ward 11 since 2005.
Thank you to everyone who helped us secure funding for these modular homes. We would also like to thank all our donors, volunteers, and supporters who make the dream of affordable homeownership possible.
