What a weekend! From coxing at The Head of the Dee for @KSRCRowing to competing @BritishJudo British Championships in Sheffield with two wins, one by waza-ari, one by ippon, finishing with a placing at his first championships @KSCSport1 @kingschester.

‘Deeds not words’ is N’s new Grosvenor house motto @kingschester @KSCHouses. He certainly showed this at our event at his judo club @ChesterJudo today with refereeing, manning the score board, helping in the tuck shop and assisting the junior competitors.
