Just received my Rishi letter complete with questionnaire and 2nd class returns envelope. If this was sent to every household in the UK - over 28,200,000, am I correct in thinking that the government has just spent over Β£42,000,000 on postage to stroke their ego?

You would think they could find a better use for this money - NHS, Mental Health Services, Cancer Research, Social Work, in fact anything would be a better use of funding (although I thought they had no money).
