I'm told the AG's office is sending a representative to court this morning to request more time to review this case.
Today, the SF DA's office is set to dismiss what are believed to be the city's first-ever homicide charges against an on-duty cop.

And he may not have received all the evidence when the case was passed to him by DA Brooke Jenkins.
