HEY NORTH AUSTIN. a man in a black Hyundai car followed me around the capitol plaza shopping center off i35 (38th street) tried to kidnap me, cops said there have been MULTIPLE KIDNAPPINGS in the past few weeks. They told me to not come to this shopping center alone again. SHARE.
