Proud of my baby today! Ran a great 1st leg we just didn't get the baton all the way around the track! 1 Day you smash a school record, the next day you fall on your face! That's life! Sports teach so many important lessons but this one, on that stage, at that moment is a gut buster! Proud of those 4 ladies, 3 will be back right here again next year!

Today I qualified for the AAU Nationals in Houston, TX with a new summer PR of 12.25 at the AAU region 16 national qualifier. @AAUTrackNField
