Draycott In Bloom looking colourful this morning. 30 miles on the clock at this point. Just another 20 to go. Mostly flat though. Giving myself a rest from the hills.

Stopped off to take a drink at the local park today. #cycling A young lad had set up a makeshift ramp to try his tricks out. A bit cheeky but doing no harm. I declined his invitation to 'have a go'. I'm 74 and already had 46 miles on the clock. Doubt if I could have got airborne.

For medical reasons I'm barred from #cycling for 2 weeks. I hope some of the 400 miles I did in July are still in my legs when I start back. I hope the weather holds too.

Another driver that has urgent business on a Sunday morning and thinks the rules of the road don't apply to him. After playing it back I realised my reaction was 'Ooh. A bit naughty!" That's quite restrained for me. #cycling
