What predicted better outcomes? Meta-regression (pre–post data only) showed larger delusion effects in younger samples. No effects of therapy length, exposure vs non-exposure, gender distribution, or study quality.

Bottom line TFIs are effective for delusions, but not hallucination severity in controlled trials. Future work might target hallucination distress (not severity) and design symptom-specific psychological treatments.

As academics, reviewing papers is typically viewed as one part of what we do (in this case, gratis apparently or quid pro quo)...but 27 review requests in 2 years from the same (mainstream) journal - where I have never even published a paper - does seem a little excessive

Found myself listening to Rattus Norvegicus this week (first time in years) and then by synchronicity...I was just reminded that this is where I was on this very evening in 1977 (in the strident anti-punk ethos of that time, I also remember being attacked on my way home)

Such sad news, but what a legacy & so pleased that I got to see Brian Wilson play the whole of Pet Sounds at the London Palladium. "God Only Knows" is of course a piece of transcendent pop & whenever it appears at the end of 'Boogie Nights', it is guaranteed to make me tearful
We are heartbroken to announced that our beloved father Brian Wilson has passed away. We are at a loss for words right now. Please respect our privacy at this time as our family grieving. We realize that we are sharing our grief with the world. Love & Mercy
