Not long from now Beyond Vibe Code will surpass BuildMyIdea as the most profitable products built by me. Beyond Vibe Code is an actual product, BuildMyIdea was more of a service. I built it overnight and it keeps pulling in hundreds of dollars per week.

This cohort at Gauntlet AI every student is building a “software factory.” We’re learning a ton from the hundreds of experiments being run. Even more complex software is becoming one-shot-able with the right orchestration.

Beyond Vibe Code continues to bring in outsized revenue, even though the only marketing has been SEO. Team debating on doubling down on this one product for a while.

Perhaps the most interesting part: The traffic is coming from SEO and AI models. From pages I built myself. That should be repeatable.

Today: making improvements to Beyond Vibe Code. A sleeper hit within the Kelly app portfolio, it keeps bringing in new revenue almost every day. All recurring, too.

All told the programming piece worked well, even the security which I suspected would be a challenge. The bottleneck was actually business decisions I need to wait in others for that weren’t included in the spec they sent. Was able to build everything else.
Today: Working on a new challenge. Someone came to me with a piece of very expensive enterprise software they're paying way too much for. I'll spend the next ~72 hours seeing how much of that I can rebuild fully autonomously. I should get pretty close.

When I start building one of the most important things to determine results is making sure the Product Requirements Document is as close to perfect as possible. This is my the workflow that makes that possible. $10/month. Free trials available sharpener.dev

A few of the channels my Marketing Factory currently supports. I'm building full coverage so all social media, paid ads, and cold outreach is supported. This way you can generate marketing, publish it, and optimize on a regular cadence

Some questions my Marketing Factory can start answering on a cadence "How much did Meta spend, and did it drive signups?" "Which ad angle actually converted, not just clicked?" "Is Google Search worth the spend?" "Are people who sign up actually paying?" "Which channel is actually bringing in paying customers?" The power isn't in being able to answer these questions. It's asking them, answering them, and taking action off of them without manual engagement or prompting

Tuning up the Marketing Factory's Social Media components. Now I can not only generate and push content but get granular data back. I'll be building some components to harvest this data and feed it back into better regeneration

There are 5 core creative aspect ratios across the 20 registered creative formats currently registered in Marketing Factory (Meta square 1:1, LinkedIn landscape 1200x627). Just getting to a point where you can generate this once, based off of your brand identity and messaging, is a huge hurdle. Then being able to generate it without manual prompting is another level. Publishing it once, another level. Publishing it without prompting at scale is another level. Then grabbing the performance data, regenerating, and republishing is another. This is what makes marketing so challenging: you're fighting a dynamic uphill battle. The more you concentrate on one part of your funnel, the other parts of the funnel are left unattended. Unless you have a system that starts you at a solid baseline and does the minimum viable cycle to get you driving in the right direction. This is why I'm building Marketing Factory: finally getting my arms around the wide world that is marketing

Since Friday, Marketing Factory increased CTR to 4.89%, up from 3.49% before Friday's changes. I did this by running my Optimize process, done on a schedule. I'm just monitoring the reports the factory is giving me
