Ebb, flow, & @Oreo. A little snack on a rainy day as I safely tuck one chapter of life in the memories of my heart & prepare to start a new chapter. @KellyElementary, remember, retirement is when you stop living at work & start working at living. Enjoy! Miss you already. 🧿😘😘
Life has its ebbs and flows. Sometime you have momentum ... and sometimes you don't. For those times you don't, keep your head in the game. Also ... have Oreos on hand.
I had my last faculty meeting @KellyElementary with my cherished Ts. Goodbyes are so hard. I have been honored to serve as the last Principal at Pleasantdale & the first at Kelly! Trying to look ahead- my fortune cookie made me smile! @WOKellyKids@woschools@Dr_ScottCascone
Watching my mom work so hard to become one of the first woman police officers in northern New Jersey really motivated me. I took my public school education to the Merchant Marine Academy, which set me on my path to the Navy and then the astronaut corps.
@KellyElementary we embrace Mrs. Chirichirllo’s message! Be respectful, responsible & safe! Ready to learn like astronauts! Lift Off! Dr. Jo can’t wait! 🤟
Today would have been Katherine Johnson’s 102nd birthday. I can’t help but think how far space exploration has come since she joined NASA in the ‘50s. Her calculations made the Mercury and Apollo missions possible, eventually putting a man on the moon.
Excited to share my first blog on The Educator Collaborative website. Thank you @TheEdCollab#theedcollab

Exactly 51 years ago, we were on our way to the Moon! There was a sense of excitement, focus, purpose and anticipation. America was on the verge of completing the “impossible.”
