It took us a while to repost/share this article. In all honesty, it caused a huge amount of upset & heartache.
Despite this, we’re growing in size & working diversely to ensure that truth about this scheme is shared with as much as possible & the scheme is paused for review.

BREAKING: I'm taking the UK government to court to pull the plug on public payments for big polluters. In recent years companies like @Shell and @bp_plc were actually #PaidToPollute. We think the polluter should pay, not us. Support our case here: paidtopollute.org.uk/

We got a lot in there! @uk_protect 🌍
Happy #EarthDay 🌍🌎🌏
We are taking some time today to reflect on what we are trying to save.
These shots captured by Save Our Rivers show the landscape, the beauty and our home.
This is what we are trying to save.
Sadly, our story was ‘shelved’ today...
But! @WestCumbriaRT 🌊 gave some great info on the importance of tree planting🌲, the effectiveness of natural flood management & how great working with local land owners has been over in West Cumbria / Whinlatter Forest
As a collective group we cannot stand aside whilst to our local environment and wildlife habitats are being damaged.
How many social media posts, petitions and letters will it take for this situation to be listened to??
