I can't stop thinking about the fact that Cambridge Analytica happened before widespread Ai adoption (obv machine learning was a huge part of how they rigged elections for clients). Can democracy survive Ai?

gm I remember when a “gm” post would receive solid engagement and the replies would mostly be people I actually knew. People I had met at events. People in my ‘web3’ ‘community’. It was an honest exchange, an authentic “hey, I’m logging on to participate along side y’all in this wild experiment where we are exploring the potential of blockchain together.” I don’t know what it means to people now, but it will always be the same for me, whether I am locked in, returning from a short break to touch grass, or checking in after being properly afk. There’s still plenty to learn, loads of opportunities and it’s moving faster than ever. I hope you make it. gm

I have come to a point where I mostly despise social media; but the ability for anyone to engage with anyone else on this platform - and when people do so authentically, is truly the most interesting part of social media. It’s a shame that it is so difficult to trust…
Thanks @beeple, I’ve been a fan of your art for a long time. This is my new favorite. When I decided to sell my art I wanted every piece on the blockchain and to accept Bitcoin as payment. “The Internet of Money” by Andreas Antonopoulos really opened my eyes.

The use case for crypto has never been more clear - I’ve now spent hours on the phone over the past ten days trying to allow my business checking account (fidelity) to make digital payments to my business credit card (bank of America). it’s literally pulling teeth to move money.

gm. When it comes to lifestyle design and work / life balance (input/output optimization) - I consider this winning.

I spent 4 hrs today setting up my git and pushing my local repo for the first time just before attempting a refactoring of the system architecture to enable parallel agent branches which broke several of my daily use dashboards and caused me to debug the whole thing which I fixed but it resulted in separate trees for my dashboards only to realize that the trees may have fractured the primary recursive improvement loops of my entire personal-os repo design so tomorrow I have to try and see how fucked I am but luckily I can always roll it back now so yea we are learning…
