*you* don't need a disclaimer. 😂 When audiences watch *your* show, there's absolutely no risk of them getting the wrong idea.

Don't worry about 'theming' your magic show until you can create a believable presentation without themed props. Until you can do this, the fact that your using 'playing cards' instead of 'tarot cards' is not the problem.
