7-8 Year back whenever there is AMC Call , I used to asked them if you guys are so bullish on our business then why your funds are not investing in capital market or AMC Companies I was referring to listed stocks that time like BSE , CDSL , HDFC AMC , Nippon AMC , MCX , Motilal Fin Most of them give same answer " We own them via Banks " Past 5 year CAGR HDFC Bank 1% , Kotak bank 3% BSE 108% , MCX :56% , Motilal 34% , Nippon 24% Now HDFC Flexi cap added recently BSE , ICICI AMC , Nippon AMC. Same with many other funds.

India has 20 year window from here to Get rich before we get old Huge Investment needed in infra , energy , new tech , Manufacturing ,agri to build India for 2047. I am optimistic about India for next 20 year. Huge wealth creation opportunity will emerge in next 20 year.

My personal take One can not create wealth by investing in Banking sector from here in India. They will grow but don't expect 10x kind of return I avoided all bank and NBFC since past 7 year.
