She doesn’t have to act strong. She is strong. I wouldn’t bet against her in anything, including anything she decides to do next. Yes, Jen can be a contrarian and some might not love that. But I was raised by one and her genes were strong. And my hypocrisy knows some limits.

On March 26, the PA Supreme Court ruled that the Commonwealth's felony murder law is unconstitutional. Rather than legislate a new sentencing system from the bench - something many would have criticized the Court for doing - the Court gave the legislature 120 days to act.

More than 2 months have passed and the legislature is yet to act. I know some lawmakers are tempted to punt, but this is the job. The Court exercised restraint so that the people's elected representatives could fashion a new approach to 2nd degree murder. It's time to act.
