In the past I been able to run a 4.37 and 4.38 40 yard dash for a coach who was in the NFL and I’ve been able to jump 3 feet out of water and the Glute Ham raise is an excercise dat definitely helped accomplish dat usually I can do 45 pounds 10 times in a row for a few sets #nfl
