Not one mention of the Information Protocol, which covers copyright of information, ownership, and reuse. The IP is not in a subset of a company's digital libraries, it's in the processes that are used to design and create. It's collaboration not siloism we should strive for.

A set of exchange information requirements from a well know consultant made their way onto the internet several years ago. Whenever I see a project using these requirements, I immediately know the Client has no real interest in Information Management or BIM. Missed opportunity.
