What are your thoughts?? Job-embedded teaching positions are growing like crazy, but I worry that there is not enough support being put in place for these positions.... especially in our high-needs schools!

This speaks the truth! We can never underestimate what our students have dealt with before we even see them! The same can be said for our teachers as well! Speak with KINDNESS!!
