It doesn’t matter who runs events like this because the daytrading community is one giant family and I’m grateful to have the platform to connect daytraders from around the world
Trading is a very lonely journey and it’s tough when you don’t know people who trade because we all know we could talk about trading for hours if we wanted (yes we’re losers) so to have that personal connection is so much more of incredible
Dhesi, Shinobi and Key were able to offer some amazing input as all four of us have been in the space for 6 years now
We’ve been through it all trust me… the only people that aren’t going to make it are the ones that give up too early

Genuinely one of the worst feelings is watching the market run in your direction without you
The only way you can get past this is by having a long term vision
Is one missed move going to change your week?
Is one missed move going to change your month?
Is one missed move going to change your year?
Didn’t think so.
You won’t catch every move. You have to be content with that, and be able to move on quickly
There’s always another move to catch
Always another trade to take
Always more money to make
Don’t fall into the trap of revenge trading and over trading

Trading is a game of compounding
You’re gonna keep trying to force a big 5 figure day and you have 0 consistent 3-4 figure days under your belt
I used to do the exact same shit because I was brainwashed by social media and the big gains I kept seeing on here
When you get that first small payout, it’s just a snowball effect
My first ever payout was $2,500. The next was $8,000. The third was $12,500
I didn’t go chasing the 5 figure payout off the bat, I took it slow and focused on taking good trades
2 years later, I’m at $140,000 for the year and we’re less than 6 months into the year

Imagine yourself 6 months down the line with 6 figures
The life you see in your dreams is slowly becoming a reality
This is literally impossible if you’re not able to follow your rules
Sitting there patiently for hours, waiting for your setup to show up
Not making any exceptions for random trades, not going on tilt, not overtrading
Now imagine nothing changing in the next 6 months
You’re still unprofitable, or break even. Still not getting paid. Still blowing money on accounts.
Is that where you want to be?
If you don’t change your actions, you will get absolutely nowhere and are better off quitting trading.
