A report from NBC News indicates the identity of the shooter from this morning's incident at Old Dominion University as 36-year-old Mohamed Jalloh. Jalloh is a native of Sierra Leone who joined the U.S. Army National Guard in 2009. In 2016 he was arrested and convicted on federal charges of attempting to provide material support to ISIS and released from federal custody in 2024.
