Well said. Derek Forfang was a good man and a friend. I am feeling quite sad but his legacy will endure. I miss him already.
Yesterday, we lost a giant amongst men: a true fighter, warrior, kidney advocate, and exceptional human being in @ForfangDerek. On behalf of the @KidneyHealthIn PFPC, we offer our deepest and most sincerest condolences to his family and friends.

In @ackdonline, we reviewed the implications of value-based payment models for patients with kidney disease. Not only do we discuss the ESRD QIP, ESCOs, ETC, and KCC...we also cover ACOs, HVBP, HRRP, BPCI, and MIPS. Check it out! sciencedirect.com/science/ar…

Great news! The voluntary model KCF/KCC has extended implementation period to 12/31/21 & full program begins 1/1/22. Chance to make improvements and get pass COVID issues. Participants will not have to reapply. TY @CMMI, @HHSGov @WhiteHouse

Okay, took me a long time to make this table (icons and everything) so please appreciate column 6. What protects from severe disease? T-cells! See this lovely article: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/article… If virus totally toothless, defanged (Twilight references), vaccinated safe.
