Vikes win their final game of pool play over Ralston 8-0. @Jschlieman2 pitches solid (CG, 2H, 0R) while adding 1-3 and 2RBI at the plate. What a day for 6, 7, 8 hitters; Fisher, @MaxMBernie, and @JackSauvageau! Combined, they go 6-9 w 5R and 5 RBIs. Fun tourney. Next stop, OMAHA!

Vikes drop G1 2day in xtras 10-8 to Yankton then answer & win G2 10-7. Maack daddy with his 1st 💣, @SamLRBernie pitches 5, gets the W, only allows 1 ER, & @JSchlieman2 is great with the leather & goes 2-4 with 2 huge 🥩, 1R, & BB. @CarterGronwold3 gets big 3 🥩 3B early!

⚾️Why not another night of walking things off in Kindred?! 🧹 This time a game 2 bases loaded wild pitch that the Vikings won with, 6-5. Knight got the W & was 1-3 w R and RBI. Game 1 Vikes won 3-2 in another thriller. Fish w 6IP, 10Ks, & the win. Carson 2-2 w 2R, RBI, and 🦟 👁️

Another wild Legion game tonight as Vikes defeat Bombers 14-13 in walkoff fashion. Vikes came back from down 10-3 thanks to tying 2RBI 2B from Westby & 2RBI go ahead 1B from Lindy. After Bombers tie things back up, Teberg leads off with 2B & SB before Sauvageau worked his magic!

B legion crew is Back to Back Champs of DGF Legion Tourney this weekend. They beat Wahp 11-3, Breck 4-2, and DGF 5-0 on a fun weekend of baseball! Nere, Swenson, Gray, and Westby all hit .500 and IJ pitches a CG, shutout victory in the final game. Congrats boys! ⚾️🏟️🇺🇸

Friday night the Vikes had 2 tough battles vs. PR losing game 1 7-5, but winning game 2 8-6. Fish was 3-5 w 3 runs on the night, Iver got the W on the bump, & Knightmare had the game winning RBI 3B & added a big insurance run late in game 2. Gette was a highlight real in LF 💎 🫨

Kindred's own Trey Teberg is up for the Youth Athlete of the Year award. Teberg showed the athleticism to help @Kindred_Post117 get the double-play. His coaches want people to know about who Teberg the person is on and off the field.
