We opened the Great Hall at 10am for coffee and a place to enjoy a moment of calm, or meet a friend.
The most popular dish was this — Grilled Mushroom on Sourdough Toast. Great compliments on it too!

Fresh @chilternbrewery beer.
Each large cask holds 150 pints, because you're quite a thirsty lot! We wheel them over the cobbles (to protect the ancient Denner Sets), and take them to the cellar doors.
Next they’re lowered to the beer cellar.
