Yes, we use Solana's fee payer designation to help apps to offer a zero fee experience for their end user while also being non-custodial.
We've found that devs who care about great UX want to eliminate onboarding friction due to fees for users new to crypto.

Got a demo of @getcode a few days ago. Felt like an aha moment in crypto. Very simple to use with a lot of clever engineering hidden away from the end user.
I also like the fact that end users don't have to think about blockchain fees. It just works.
