60s is a bit too long imo, VCT teams would def be planting in the last 4 seconds at that point…
Also, Skye getting recharge flash again!? 👀
All initiator signature recharge time will be changed from 40s to 60s.

Am I the only one thinking Veto was gonna be insanely hard to play against on release but in reality he’s just another normal sentinel?
His ult is a different story though, the fact that he heals while dodging anything you throw at him and costing only 1 more orb than Reyna’s ult is insane to me lmfao
